The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Saf3AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our pricing is based on custom enterprise agreements. Specific pricing terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Refund policies will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services. Specific SLA terms will be detailed in your enterprise agreement.
Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with guaranteed response times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saf3AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Important: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination terms will be specified in your service agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
